According to CNN, Jackson Mahomes, the younger brother of Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes, Was charged with 3 felony counts of aggravated sexual battery and 1 misdemeanor count of battery in May 2023. The charges stem from an incident on Feb 25, 2023, at Aspen’s nightclub and restaurant in Johnson County, Kansas. The preliminary hearing for his case was postponed due to COVID-19 and has been rescheduled for Oct 24, 2023.

Jackson Mahomes appeared before a Johnson County judge on Tuesday for a scheduling conference.
The social media influencer was arrested in May 2023 and charged with three counts of aggravated assault, plus one count of battery.
The alleged incidents happened at Aspen’s, an Overland Park restaurant that is now closed.
Surveillance video showed Mahomes grabbing a woman and forcibly kissing her.”
