Welcome into my world!, I’m thinking Detriot Lions vs Arizoma Cardinals. I’m putting my stake in the ground and I’m going all in with heavy correlation and stacking.
There is alot to love about this game, one of them is the Vegas total 51, plenty of shootout potential.
You have, Kyler Murray who has looked dynamic as any quarterback in the league through the first two weeks, playing at an level elite level, with his scramble ability and accurate throws.
Then we have journeymen Jared Goff, once considered a bust, but has found new life in Detriot. He’s developed chemistry with his elite offensive weapons and is showcasing the kind of decision-making and accuracy that made him a top draft pick.
Grab some popcorn and pop/soda (depends on what part of the country you from) This game is going to be fun to watch!

Here’s My Criteria for Quarterback:
1) Can they put up 325 passing yards
2) Can they throw for 3 TDs (When you add criteria 1 and 2 together, that gets me to 28 DK points)
3) Can they rush for 20 yards if so (All 3 criteria together put me over 30 DK points
I landed on Kyler Murray being the guy in Week 3 and will be low-owned by the field. what a great angle, he can get there with his legs, he can spread the ball around, and score big on his own.

The Cardinals Run and Throw Game
Winning the Milly Maker often requires thinking outside the box, and I construct rosters with a target outcome of 214 points.
The success of this approach varies—sometimes it proves effective, while other times it doesn’t. But, I am playing for first place. If you’re curious about what I mean by this, check out this site for further details.. “Playing For First’ in NFL.”
Side Note: I feel very uncomfortable about the lineup below, but that is a good thing, because if I am right I have a great chance to hit for first place. Afterall, I am going up against in the Milly Maker over $400,000 lineups. My lineup most be different to win.

MONDAY RECAP
How I did Boom or Bust; “Monday Morning Quarterbacking”
Hello, all it’s a Monday and time to look back and say to myself, what I should’ve, could’ve, and would’ve done differently, as a DFS player.
I used to spend most of my time looking forward to the next slate, the next season, and so forth. I find it equally important to stop, take a breath, and start looking back at the process that led me to a winning or losing lineup.

Here are some thoughts I had on this lineup. My overall approach was to focus on one game environment and build my lineup around that. I chose the Cardinals vs. Detroit game, expecting it to offer plenty of fantasy potential. I felt that stacking players from both teams would give me the best chance of hitting big. With Kyler Murray’s dual-threat ability and Detroit’s offensive weapons, it seemed like a game that could have a lot of scoring. But the scoring was low. I also made a key mistake by not checking my lineup before lock it turned out Devaughn Vele was out with injury. This lineup starting out had no shot at a win. But lets dig into the rest of the game and correlation.
Quarterback:
Kyler Murray had a tough game. He struggled to get into a rhythm both in the air and on the ground. Even though he’s usually a playmaker, Detroit’s defense really kept him in check. Murray completed 21 of his passes for 207 yards, but the Lions’ pressure forced him into quick decisions, making it hard for him to take shots downfield. He did manage to rush for 45 yards, but they contained him well enough to prevent any big plays. Despite some flashes of his usual brilliance, the Cardinals couldn’t get it done on key third downs, and a couple of costly mistakes sealed the loss. It just wasn’t his best performance, even though you could see the effort was there.
Running Backs:
A week after playing a key role with 14 carries in the Browns’ win over the Jaguars, D’Onta Foreman saw a much smaller workload in the loss to the Giants in this one. Cleveland’s offense ran the ball only 18 times, marking the second time in three weeks they didn’t reach 20 carries. Even starting running back Jerome Ford was limited to just 10 carries. It’s clear that in the Browns’ only win, their success came from committing to the run, with a total of 29 carries. This highlights the importance of sticking to the ground game for the team’s overall success. My choosing D’Onta was salary savings and thinking he would contribute more to the running game against the Giants.
In the Panthers’ 36-22 win over the Las Vegas Raiders , Miles Sanders rushed for only 17 yards on 7 attempts, although he did manage to score 1 rushing touchdown. This performance was below my expectations, as I thought he would have a more significant role in the offense. Given the team’s success, it’s surprising that he didn’t touch the ball more, especially considering his potential to contribute heavily to the ground game.
Wide Receivers:
Marvin Harrison received the highest number of targets on the team and tied with Michael Wilson for the most receiving yards, but the highlight of his day came early. He caught a 10-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter, marking his third career TD and responding to an early Lions score. However, after that, he and Kyler Murray struggled to find their rhythm. The rookie, who was the fourth overall pick, has rebounded well from his disappointing debut against the Bills, where he had just one catch for four yards.
Amon-Ra St. Brown scored a five-yard touchdown in the second quarter and played a crucial role in Detroit’s next score just before halftime. He made a one-yard catch and lateraled to Jahmyr Gibbs, who sprinted the final 20 yards into the end zone. After a slow start in Week 1, where he caught just three of six targets for 13 yards, St. Brown has bounced back impressively. Over the last two games, he has secured 18 catches on 26 targets for 192 yards and a touchdown
Devaughn Vele caught all eight of his targets for 39 yards in the Broncos’ Week 1 loss to the Seahawks, but he sustained a rib injury during the game that kept him out for Week 2 against Pittsburgh. Fortunately, he returned to practice in Week 3 and didn’t have an injury designation leading up to Sunday. However, despite this, he was declared inactive for the game against the Buccaneers due to a coach’s decision. It’s frustrating because I made a crazy mistake by not checking my lineup before lock, which did impacted my overall strategy. I would have changed my entire lineup. His low very low salary made this lineup work.
Tight End:
Injuries, Injuries, Injuries can kill a DFS lineup. Trey McBride was evaluated in the blue medical tent following a helmet-to-helmet collision with Lions safety Brian Branch. Before the injury in the fourth quarter, he had caught three of six targets for 25 yards. His injury prevented him of having any chance of scoring big and having any fantasy relevance.
Flex:
It’s unfortunate for me and this lineup that Jameson Williams had a setback after amassing 228 scrimmage yards in his first two games. Although he’s a big-play threat whenever he touches the ball, his volume of touches was considerably lower than that of Amon-Ra St. Brown or the running back tandem of Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery. I will continue to roster this guy he is good.
Defense:
The Chicago Bears’ defense had a somewhat uneven showing in their matchup against the Colts. They successfully intercepted quarterback Anthony Richardson twice and contained star running back Jonathan Taylor for much of the game. But as they say “defense win championships”, and in my case they win fantasy football tournaments. But, not for me on this lineup.
Here’s a Breakdown of My lineup and their Fantasy Points:
